Sanders & Wallace Glassmakers - Over 30 Years of Glassmaking Excellence and Still Going Strong The First Glassmakers on Lazy Dog Gallery Andrew Sanders & David Wallace first met in 1974 at North Staffordshire Polytechnic. After experimenting in the glass department they both soon found a common interest and love for working with hot glass and blown glass. Andrew Sanders & David Wallace now work together producing a beautiful and interesting range of glassware and were one of the first glassmakers to join the family at Lazy Dog Gallery. The OilSpot Range Collection I absolutely adore all of the glass produced by this talented duo but possibly my favourite is David's 'Oilspot Range Collection' consisting of the Cone Bottle, Bowl, Vase, Tall Bottle and Round Bottle which make an absolutely stunning set and are also sold individually. ![]() I'm delighted to say that the Lazy Dog Gallery has a range of glass available from the website made by Sanders & Wallace from perfume bottles, vases, oil-spots, drinking glasses, and candlesticks all entirely handmade using traditional glassmaking tools and techniques and signed by either Andrew Sanders or David Wallace. ![]() Over 30 Years and Still Going Strong Despite having worked together for such a long time, Andrew and David have easily managed to maintain their individual creative identities. Each finding personal inspirations from subjects as diverse as the landscape, architecture, the sea and even bubbles in the bath. Sanders & Wallace have continued to endeavour to perfect their glassmaking and design skills for over 30 years and this has culminated in a body of work which is both unique and distinctive.
