Dispatch / Delivery
Our standard delivery time for products that are held in stock is 3 working days. For products that are made specifically for you from the point of your order will vary in time depending on the complexity of the crafting technique required to produce the product. In all cases an indication of the stock and delivery times are indicated next to every product.
For deliveries to hard to reach addresses eg the Scottish Highlands and British Islands, they will take slightly longer and cost more money (See How much does delivery cost?)
You will receive an automated email from us confirming your order. This email also indicates that your order is now being processed.
All orders are dispatched by courier and need to be signed for on delivery. Unfortunately we cannot specify exact delivery times so if you’re going to be away on the estimated delivery date, try to get someone to sign on your behalf.
Do You Send Goods Abroad?
Yes we do, to both Europe and the rest of the World. However we can only dispatch to Mainland UK for products bought directly via the website. If you are in Europe or the rest of the World then please contact us via email or phone to tell us the product or products that you are interested in buying and we will be happy to calculate the shipping charges for you.
