Returns Policy

Returns - don't worry sometimes it happens. We understand.

We hope you will absolutely love anything you purchase at Lazy Dog Gallery. However, should you wish to return an item, you can return most items within 7 days of receiving it completely free of charge.

To give you even more reassurance, we also accept returns up to 28 days (from receipt of your order) – but if you decide to return an item after the 7 day period has expired, we may ask you to pay the return carriage. There are a small number of items that we sell which are non-returnable such as the following:
 

• personalised items that are specially made, or ordered, with your choice of name, fabric, message or other customised aspect;

• personal products such as jewellery (especially earrings), cosmetics;

• large items of furniture which are often specially made or ordered;

• homeware that is made up in your own choice of fabric or material, such as lampshades, throws, cushions and other items;

• art, sculpture, ceramics and other creations that are often specially commissioned when you place an order; or

• perishable products, including food and flowers.

How to return an item

If you decide to return a purchase, please contact us at the Lazy Dog Gallery by email sales@lazydoggallery.com or by phone 01444 831038 before you send the item back. You should always contact us before you dispose of a product – even if it is faulty – as we may still require you to return the product.

You will be asked to indicate a reason for the return and we will contact you within 48 hours to say whether we can accept the return, the address to which the item should be returned and to indicate the postage method you should use. We will only decline a return if the order is older than 28 days or if the item can not be returned (see above). Please package the returned item exactly as it was shipped to you – we recommend that you keep all our packaging until you have decided whether you will be returning the item so you can re-use it if necessary. Please return your order by recorded or registered post. Once we receive your returned order – provided the product is in its original condition – the Lazy Dog Gallery will refund your order and the money should then be returned to your account within 3 working days.
